4 Site Security engineer Ben Brooke’s outstanding service has been noticed by our client Pickerings Lifts and put forward for recognition due to his “being a great help both in and out of hours and a real asset to the company”. Pickerings Lifts Regional Manager Hadyn Allen added, “He honestly has been great. We have had a couple of issues out of normal hours and one in particular which took around a hour to sort out, and from the start he was fantastic and managed to get it sorted for us.”

Ben’s commitment to ensuring things run smoothly for the client involved him providing a clear, detailed report which enabled the client to support their staff with training to prevent a recurring alarm problem.

Having joined 4 Site Security less than a year ago to work with us on a new contract to supply intruder and fire alarm, CCTV, and emergency lighting, Ben quickly embraced working The 4 Site Way and became the main site engineer in just four months.
